1. Westbrook police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a potential witness to the head-on collision that killed three people and injured a fourth on County Road on Monday morning. The police department released a photo another witness took in the moments immediately following the crash that shows a man standing at the driver’s window of the silver sedan that carried the three victims who died. The Giants have agreed to trade Beckham in exchange for a first-round pick, the second of the Browns’ third-round picks and safety Jabrill Peppers. 5. The data-crunching website Niche.com is out with its list of best places to live in Maine. The website named Cape Elizabeth as the No. 1 place to live in Maine. In all, Niche.com ranked 120 Maine communities. “In Cape Elizabeth, there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many retirees live in Cape Elizabeth and residents tend to lean liberal.
