TRU Organization presents the 7th Annual Summer Slam. Deering graduate and professional basketball player, Nik Caner-Medley, alongside Colby Emmons, stopped by the #MaineMade studios to discuss their FREE community event. Summer Slam will take place this Saturday at the East Bayside Fox Street Courts. It’s absolutely free for grades K-12. The day will feature a morning skill session, free lunch, lecture series, games, prizes and contests. It wraps up at 4pm w/ the All-Star Showcase.
