Rapper 6ix9ine says he’s “just happy to be alive” after allegedly being robbed at gunpoint early Sunday morning. “I look at the [XXXTentacion] situation, and I’m just like, that could have been me,” he says in a new interview about the incident.
He goes on to say that he’s doing fine, but describes the robbery as “an inside job.” 6ix9ine says he was a passenger in a Chevy Tahoe in Brooklyn at approximately 4:25 a.m. on Sunday when a dark-colored sedan bumped the rear of the car he was in.
He claims that two males exited the vehicle, approached the car he was in and displayed a firearm before taking the driver’s cell phone and forcing him into a dark sedan. After being attacked, 6ix9ine was able to escape and reported the crime at 5:05 a.m. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
There’s a ton of different stories going around about what actually happened, who knows if we’ll ever know the truth.
Early this morning, @6ix9ine was kidnapped, pistol-whipped, and robbed while returning home from a music video. His driveway was blocked and 3 men knocked him unconscious.
