HBO’s limited series Big Little Lies and Martin Mcdonagh’s Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri were the big winners at the 75th Golden Globe Awards on Sunday night, where each project nabbed four statues. In addition to winning Best Limited Series, Big Little Lies took home the Awards for Best Actress in a Series (Nicole Kidman), Best Supporting Actress in a Series (Laura Dern) and Best Supporting Actor in a Series (Alexander Skarsgard). In the movie categories, Three Billboards won Best Motion Picture Drama, Best Screenplay, Best Actress in a Motion Picture for Frances McDormand, and Best Supporting Actor in a Motion Picture for Sam Rockwell. The night also saw Lady Bird winning Best Motion Picture, Comedy or Musical, and its star Saoirse Ronan nabbing Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy.
